database CamelCase issue

I am designing a new website localy in windows, how can i prevent the database table names errors (CamelCase) when I upload my database to the new server ?

believe their is an addon in the mp -http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/mysql-case-insensitive-hell-for-c5/
