Deleted my Form block

I was trying to update my Form block with a nbew one that would allow the user to pick the e-mail to send it to.. I deleted it and suddenly had a bad feeling..and cannot seem to get it back..

I put it in the Blocks directory under the root, and I cannot log in, If I put it back in the concrete/blocks directory I can get logged in, but no longer have it listed..

Is there any hope to get it back?

I went into the database and added the linebtID #5 back in (I have a couple of databases), and it seems to be OK now..
