Did an manual upgrade from 5.5.2.1 to 5.6.0 now I am getting errors

Need help, really new to Concrete5 and I tried troubleshooting but I can't get the site to work anymore.

Please help. Thanks!


Getting this error:

That block is not included in the core,

I would suggest uninstalling the block (make a DB backup)

Thanks for the response. I've actually made a DB backup in the dashboard before I upgraded and was dumb enough not to download it. I don't know where it is stored on the server. Do you know where it is?
