Disqus problems

Just want to ask if anyone can assist me with the "Disqus" add-on. I have registered my shortname at the Disqus website but everytime I add it as a block it and preview my edits it does not display as a full commenting tool. Instead it just shows "blog comments powered by disqus". This is thesame with the "Amiant Cackle comments". I guess am doing something wrong but am totally confused! HELP

Do you have javascript enabled? Either way, please ask the developer of these add ons in the support forums. (go to the add-on page and click support in the sidebar.)
