Download Previous Versions of Concrete

Due to the nature of upgrading C5 I need to download previous versions to upgrade "eventually" to the latest version.

Where can I download previous version starting with 5.2.0RC2?

One the issues of upgrading having moved to c5 from product like WordPress because of the heart-stopping upgrade process and results.

C5 would REALLY benefit from an automated upgrading tool built into the admin panel or at the very least a method of moving older installations like 5.2.0RC2 to the most current version WITHOUT having to install EVERY SINGLE VERSION IN BETWEEN!

While it's recommended to keep your installation up to date, you shouldn't have to do this to upgrade to the latest version of concrete5. Are you experiencing specific problems upgrading your install? We try and make it as painless as possible but you're right, you do have to download the software and run the upgrade script (which should hopefully be just one button.)

I've added 5.2.1 to the downloads list (it was missing before):

So I can move from 5.2.0RC2 to 5.2.1 then to 5.3.x.

Two upgrades? Correct.

I'll be testing the upgrade on my in-house server first.

I haven't experienced any problems first hand but I have been following a lot of upgrade problems and I just don't need a heart-stopping upgrade.

Thanks for the links.

Any suggestions to help ensure smooth upgrade(s)?

On the upgrade to 5.3, this post has some useful info:http://www.concrete5.org/community/forums/installation/upgrading_5_...

I found it helpful to smooth out any bumps.
