Drop down menus not working -

Hello Fellow Concreters!
I have a website athttp://212.106.97.197/ which is nearing completion (I have not designed this one). For some reason the drop down menus are not working and am hoping somebody here can help me solve this.
A couple of weeks ago I somehow deleted everything via the PHPMyAdmin panel which led to all sorts of problems, I ended up re-installing Apache and mySql and concrete5 (version 5.4.2.2) and researching the books to set up everything once again.
However, once I had reinstalled everything I now find myself in the current situation of the drop down menu links not working. I am the webmaster here and am in charge of the server which is windows server 2008,IIS 7 with apache installed.
This could be a server issue or a concrete5 / website issue.
The drop down menus all worked okay before I had my technical problems.
does anybody have any suggestions?
