eCommerce Email Notification Not Working

Hi team,

I've recently installed the eCommerce addon,
All works fine apart from my customers and I don't get any confirmation emails - only emails from Paypal

I've got the addresses set up under eCommerce/Settings
Also set to default PHP mail in site wide settings/email

Is there something I'm missing here?

Do you have the checkbox for "Send notification emails when an order is placed" checked on the eCommerce Settings page? That needs to be set in order to get order notifications.

To see what mail is being sent go to your Sitewide Settings --> Debug check that "Log Emails Sent" is checked and then you can look at Reports --> Logs to see what eCommerce is sending.

Awesome, thanks for your reply

Check to all of that, I wasn't aware i could check the emails sent under reports

It seems Gmail (who hosts both my customer and domain accounts) thinks my emails are spam. I'll have to sort it there

also, you should use the eCommerce support forum, (every addon has its own support forum)
