ECommerce Payments error.

I'm getting this error when I click the 'Payments' tab in the ecommerce package. I'm not sure when it started. I thought it was perhaps a result of activating PayPal Payments Pro, but the error message persists even after uninstalling the add on.
Any suggestions?

it sounds like the addon wasn't uploading correctly. Try reuploading eccomerce. If that doesn't work, you should post in the support section of eccomerce- go to eccomerce marketplce page and click support in the right sidebar.
Any fix for this? I am experiencing the same issue.
