eCommerce/eProduct ADD TO CART not working --gets error message

Hello,
My eCommerce 2.8.1. store in not functioning correctly. If someone chooses to purchase an item via ADD TO CART, an error message appears
"Not enough stock to complete your request. Available stock is 1."
I attach 2 files which show my set-up and an error message.
In the past the set-up, as is, has worked fine, and the Paypal payment set-up has worked fine and it still works fine.
I only have 1 unit of most items for sale, so list 1 in Quantity in Stock and 1 in Units to Buy, with Physical Goods Yes.
I am using the latest version of Concrete5.
Thank you for any help. I am not a programmer and cannot use code. I am a novice but had my website professionally set up some years ago. The shopping cart, Paypal, and eCommerce were activated and set-up about two years ago. These hiccups are the first ones I have experienced.
