Edit context menu doesn't appear

I have installed 5.4.0 on a linux server and am viewing the site using Firefox 3.5.5.

I can sign in and switch to edit mode, however, when I click on a block the edit context menu doesn't appear.

During the installation there where no warnings and all of the checks completed successfully.

If anybody wants to have a look I'd be happy to change the admin password for a while.

I think you have a javascript error.

Thanks - I couldn't see any errors in Firefox so I viewed the site with IE and got the following two errors:

make sure all your core files are up to date and that they are all there

Yup - a complete re-install did it :-)
