Empty/Blank Pages, HELP! -- Concrete5 new install

I have a new install of Concrete5 using bluehost auto install but all the pages are blank. I have installed Concrete5 before using bluehost and I got the default web design with all the default pages Home, Contact etc, but this time I only have the home tab and no blocks, pictures etc.
Is it possible you didn't check the box to install sample content when you created the install?

IS the software you used to upload the same as last time?
Check the premissions?
Can you see the images are uploaded with your ftp programme?
