Environment Info

Hi,
we have a client that is configuring a machine and right now, Concrete is unable to load the Environment Info. What can cause this to fail? What settings or permissions should be changed to let concrete retrieve the environment information?

hmm, just saw the release notes for 5.7.5.13 and there's an Environment Info fix in there, so this is probably it.
