Error after installing theme for file and dir that does not exist

I'm trying to install an old them I made that was working fine with 5.4.2. Now i keep getting the following error, because it's looking for the file header.php in the dir inc, both of which doesn't exist. This was all working fine until now. Any ideas on what is wrong?
