Error Concrete5_Model_CollectionVersion not found during migration

I'm getting this error:

Fatal error: Class 'Concrete5_Model_CollectionVersion' not found in /dir/anotherdir/collection_version.php on line 3

Migrating a 5.6.0.2 site for someone from Hostgator to GoDaddy. Copied entire public_html from HG to GD. Exported mysql database, imported on GoDaddy. Changed /config/site.php to reflect correct db/user/pass. Permissions look correct. What am I missing?
