Error during install

Everytime I try to install Concrete5 I get this error message: Fatal error: Call to undefined function stream_get_contents() in /users/cpa-uelzen/www/concrete/libraries/3rdparty/Zend/Cache/Backend/File.php on line 955
And I'm sure username, password and everything else for the database was correct...
