Error email Installed Jobs

I got this error on my site on Installed Jobs-> Process Email Posts,
dont know how to solve this..
cannot connect to host : 0 :
php_network_getaddresses: 
getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known

This is only needed if you are importing messages from emails. Go to Sitewide Settings, email and check your mail settings there. It's trying to connect to your email server, but failing.

hi jbx, did you mean 'Mail Importers'?
yes, i have added the setting the same as 'Sitewide Mail Settings', but now the error is :
cannot connect to host : 111 : Connection refused


in my contact page, that seting work find.
i use TLS and leave port blank.

try setting the port i think the default is like 443 or something not sure

yes, thank you Mnkras, i had change the setting :

smtp.xx.ac.id(outgoing) to pop.xx.ac.id(incoming)

port used :
TLS -> 110
SSL -> 995

i try both of it, and the error now is
no Header with Name contentType or content-type found


the email is : xxxx@gmail.com

any idea?
