Did you create the database in mySQL before installing Concrete5?

I'm also experiencing this. What do you mean by "confirm upgrade?"

EDIT: Ah, if you visithttp://www.yoursite.com/index.php/tools/required/upgrade... you can run the upgrade script again. That fixed it. Sorry for the bump.
