error message during the installation

Hello everybody
I have to set up a website with concrete 5 at work. I have done this already once but that was a long time ago, like 2 years or so.
Now I have done everything the same way like I did it with the first time back in 2014. But I get every time an error message, I will attach a screenshot from the error.
Can someone help me please?
