Error message upgrading from 5.3.1.1 to 5.3.2

I am upgrading from 5.3.1.1 to 5.3.2 and received the following error:
Error occurred while upgrading: No block found with the handle tabautonav found.
Any insight would be appreciated.

To rerun the script, do you mean to enter the following into the browser address bar?:

If so, I have done that multiple times and still receive the same response. My dashboard says I am now running 5.3.2 but the error still concerns me. I ultimately want to upgrade to the current/latest stable version. I am not sure if I should get hung up on this error or just try upgrading to the next version. I just want to upgrade properly.
