Error upgrading to 5.5.2.1

I'm having problems upgrading a site from 5.4.2.2 to 5.5.2.1.

I am getting the following error message:
mysql error: [1048: Column 'btDisplayOrder' cannot be null] in EXECUTE("INSERT INTO BlockTypes(btID,btHandle,btName,btDescription,btActiveWhenAdded,btCopyWhenPropagate,btIncludeAll,btIsInternal,btInterfaceWidth,btInterfaceHeight,pkgID,btDisplayOrder) VALUES (NULL,'core_scrapbook_display','Scrapbook Display (Core)','Proxy block for blocks pasted through the scrapbook.',1,0,0,1,'400','400',0,NULL)")
