error when adding blocks

Just upped to the latest version of c5 today.
Get this error when attempting to add a block:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class LibraryFileBlockController in /home2/meadmcle/public_html/concrete/blocks/library_file/controller.php on line 340
any ideas?
