Error when finished installation in shared hosting

I got this error when try to install to shared hosting.

Are you able to reach out to the shared hosting provider for support?

Sometimes they have software installers that can be easier than installing manually.

Otherwise can you provide a little more information about the steps you took to get to this point? A little context might help shed some light on the issue.

I used installation app that provide from this hosting. I don' t understand that other CMS can install in good condition but for concrete5 i got som error.

Got it - yeah it sounds like your hosting provider needs to see why that's not installing correctly through that installer. It's most likely something to do with the server configuration. So I would contact your hosting provider support about that.
