Error when updating add-on...

This error is thrown when I click the "Download and Install" button from the "Update Add-On" page to update SimpleEvents.

Fatal error: Call to a member function setPropertiesFromArray() on a non-object in /home4/oldcityb/public_html/concrete5/concrete/models/package.php on line 319

Help!
