Error while migrating from Linux - Windows and Back from Windows - Linux

Hi,
I have done a migration from Linux OS to Windows OS. Now i got the error attached
"Missing file: /home/content/69/12404969/html/libraries/3rdparty/adodb/drivers/adodb-mysql.inc.php"
Unable to connect to database.
A database error occurred while processing this request.
SO migrated back from windows OS - Linux OS.. But still the error remains the same.
Would you please let me know whats the error .
