Expand / Collapse Block - Error [function.include]: failed.

Aloha,
I Love this module (Romeo Expand) and i use it most of the time but this morning all of the sudden, it gives me Error [function.include]: failed.
I'm not a Programer or Developer, and i'm so confuse what to do?!
Please see attachment and advise.
Anybody, any help would be appreciated.
