Extend Concrete5 screens all blank after 5.5.1 & 5.5.2 upgrades

I just recently upgraded to 5.5.1 and I'm getting blank screens for all the 'Extend Concrete5' related screens including 'install' and 'update' packages.
I have since upgraded o 5.5.2 and the problem has not been fixed.
Actually as of my 5.5.1 upgrade, the 'Extend Concrete5' screens were in fact working so I don't think it's an update related issue. I think I must have broken something.
I ran the 5.5.1 update from the dashboard, so therefore there was a folder called /updates/concrete5.5.1 - I moved the /updates/concrete5.5.1/concrete subfolder to the parent folder to replace the main concrete folder and I updated the config file by removing the line of code that points to the /updates/concrete5.5.1 folder.
I don't know if this caused the problem or not - but everything else works perfectly fine and I just can't access any of the 'Extend Concrete5' screens - they're all blank.
Any idea how to fix this issue?
