Extremely slow website

My website is working very slow when editing it. The tool-bar takes some times over 30 seconds to load. Editing blocks and stuff is also very slow. The website visited as a guest is very fast. Please help me.
do you have the website address also the hosting and version details. Looking at these will help on the investigation.
