Fails to install 5.6.3 - Warning: is readable ()

Getting an error when trying to install 5.6.3. Have had no problems with previous versions on same server - one.com

error is

This issue has already been fixed: seehttp://www.concrete5.org/developers/bugs/5-6-3/open-basedir-breaks-...

You have two options here:
1. Wait until the next concrete5 release (it should be quite soon)
2. Apply the fix reported in the above bug report
