Fatal error - cannot access my site

Hi,
I tried to upgrade an Add on called Who's Online but there was an error in the upgrade. When I go o home page I get the following Fatal Error message and I am unable to do anything on the site. Please help.

You need to download it from the marketplace :
http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/whos-online/...
Go to "Download Archive" then download the zip, and extract it in your site 'packages' directory.
This will install the files, and (hopefully), that message will be gone. Now it is possible that the underlying MySQL structure is broken too, so if you can login to your site after that, you should go to 'Extend Concrete5' and see if the addon is supposed to be installed or can be installed from there (and then click on the install button).
