Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class DateHelper in ***/helpers/date.php on line 24

I have a working Concrete Site in a subfolder that I am trying to move to the root. I followed the instructions that were posted here...

But when I try to visit the site I am getting the Fatal error: listed in the subject. I am a bit desperate to fix this as until I do our site is completely down. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

I realized that I made a mistake when I copied the site originally and had scrambled the contents of some of the folders. I deleted everything, started over and this time everything went smoothly.
