Fatal Error Message- Need Help

I posted this in a different forum yesterday and have not gotten any help yet. Can you please help me so I can continue using this Concrete 5 installation?
Hello, my co worker set this site up and then left the company and now I have to handle edits. I need to add a page. I would like to add it and keep the page sort of hidden until it is approved, then add it to the auto nav.
That is my main question BUT when I tried adding a page ( or even trying to rename an unused page) I get a fatal error shown below:

My host company added the php extension and restarted the server and now it works. Can I ask HOW do I make a page that is NOT automatically shown as a dropdown menu item in the autonav. I just want to link to it by URL. This would be sort of a hidden link.

It relates to a php extension 'iconv extension', so my first guess is that your host does not have that php extension installed or enabled. Its not listed in the environment.
As to why that is being called, I don't know. As the only override or package installed is your theme, you could try swapping your theme back to a default theme - just select the core yogurt theme from the dashboard.
This may result in some content not displaying, depending on the areas your farmersmarket theme provides compared to yogurt. That content won't be lost and will reappear if you swap the theme back again.
