Fatal error on Blogga

When I press Create Post button on Blogga I get this error massage
Fatal error: Call to a member function setAttribute() on a non-object in /home/mikeyama/public_html/concrete/models/collection.php on line 219
and my Categories, Tags, and Post Preview Image function doesn't work.
any one knows how to fix this problem?
