Fatal Error on Update

Hi I tried updating to the latest version, I'm now getting the following error, can someone help me fix this please

Hi! First, IMHO, we need more information about plataform (OS), previous concrete5 version and the upgrade version. Do you have a database and site backup? Because, if the upgrade process miserably fail, you must try a rollback.
