Fatal Error: Out of memory

When I log in to a site I'm working on (http://usaaa17.server290.com/), the following error occurs and I cannot access the backend:
Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 136577024) (tried to allocate 40961 bytes) in /home/usaaa17/www/www/concrete/core/libraries/block_view.php on line 315
The site is fine from the front end but unusable if I can't finish. We've been chugging along just fine until an employee made some edits, which I can't even look at to see the problem.
I know others have had issues with PHP memory limits (not sure that's even what it is) and such but this is different.
Please help!!!
