hello,
it would appear that you are at least missing the first file shown in the error you've posted.
Did you perhaps delete that package without uninstalling it first.

If you can, you should replace the package and uninstall it via the dashboard.

First off, thanks for the reply.
I presumed as much, but my main problem is that I can't seem to find the package anywhere to replace it. Our web host recently transferred our database from Helm to Parallel's Plesk apparently removing any previous backups of the database we had. The multilingual package as such doesn't appear to be available on concrete5's marketplace and I haven't yet come across it elsewhere either.
