Fatal error trying to go to dashboard after install

I received this error after install when I clicked on the dashboard button.
Fatal error: Class 'FormBlockStatistics' not found in /misc/35/840/502/646/user/web/development.hypersonicperformance.com/concrete/controllers/dashboard/modules/activity.php on line 38
Any thoughts?

not all files were uploaded correctly
I uninstalled all files and then reinstalled back on to the web server and had the same issue. I made sure all hidden files were uploaded as well and it didn't help.
try uploading the zip to the server and unzipping it there,
