Fatal Error updating to 5.6.1.2 from 5.6.0.2 - Permissions?

Hi

I'm trying to update my site from 5.6.0.2 to the current 5.6.1.2 but I'm getting the following error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function overrideCollectionPermissions() on a non-object in /home/sites/photoboffin.co.uk/public_html/updates/concrete5.6.1.2_updater/concrete/core/models/permission/assignments/area.php on line 33

I'm running advanced permissions on the site and have special permissions running on one file set in order to deal with an image file display bug I reported last year regarding 5.6.0.2 and file manager permissions. I've tried disabling this and running the update, but the error still persists.

I'm using the Bootstrap theme and have caching disabled as it only slows things down in 5.6.0.2.

I found this line in my /config/site.php: define('PRO_PHOTO_FILE_PERMISSIONS_DISABLED', true);

I've tried removing this line and running the update, but it's still the same.

I'd be very grateful for any ideas of what to try in order to update successfully as I also need to update my theme (Bootstrap) but cannot do so without 5.6.1.2.

Have you tried switching to one of concrete standard themes to see if it will update then?
Make a backup of your database before attempting to upgrade...

I've just tried activating plain yogurt and it worked fine! Not all of the site was displaying because of differently named layout areas, but at least I have more information to work with.

I've switched back to 5.6.0.2 and Bootstrap while I find out more.
