Fatal error

Just put up C5 on server. Have done this before using same company but now get :-

Fatal error: Call to a member function getFile() on a non-object in /customers/roadfordpine.co.uk/roadfordpine.co.uk/httpd.www/concrete/controllers/install.php on line 583

As a novice not sure how to tackle this. Any help?

Hi,

Tried reloading etc. first 5.3 now latest version as of today. Same problem.

Checked with web hosting co -have updated to php 5.3 since last site I loaded. suggest compatibiliy issue?

I'm lost!!!
