I installed the 5.6 Legacy migration tool, but where exactly do I go to run it?

I read (and watched) both before asking the question. In the video, the Migration tool just magically appears, without so much as a button click. The article is mute on the subject.

Never mind, I found it. Migration Batches under Dashboard.
