I downloaded the zip and uncompressed it then uploaded the entire folder to my host.
I was following the step by step instructions on this page http://www.concrete5.org/documentation/installation/installing_conc...
I'm stuck at step 2 and 3 mainly permissions.

Step 2 says Make sure your config/ directory is writable by a web server. By default it's permissions are 705. Should I make it 755? That makes it unwritable by "group" and I think that sometimes webservers get classified as group. Or can you tell me what perm settings to use?

Step 3 the files/ and it's sub directories... again by default 705 Do you have a suggested perms # setting?

I just wanted to check those with you before I went any further.

Now for the ugly part. Our small company has a Go Daddy shared hosting account so that is where I am attempting to put the C5 installation BUT JUST TO MESS AROUND WITH for now. I will not run a real site on Go Daddy but we will pick a good cms host eventually.
Also note that I am comfortable installing Joomla from the download zip.
