Flowplayer block error from upgrade to 5.6.1.2 and will not allow upgrade of add-on.

I recently just posted this on bug tracker but I've had no response. Can anyone help? Is there a fix? ....
I've just upgraded to 5.6.1.2.
In the dashboard if I try and access 'STACKS & BLOCKS > Block Types' I get the following error:
Warning: require_once(/home/dbf/upgrade/packages/flowplayer_free/blocks/flowplayer_free/controller.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/dbf/upgrade/updates/concrete5.6.1.2_updater/concrete/core/libraries/loader.php on line 214
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/dbf/upgrade/packages/flowplayer_free/blocks/flowplayer_free/controller.php' (include_path='/home/dbf/upgrade/libraries/3rdparty:/home/dbf/upgrade/updates/concrete5.6.1.2_updater/concrete/libraries/3rdparty:.:/usr/local/share/pear:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/dbf/upgrade/updates/concrete5.6.1.2_updater/concrete/core/libraries/loader.php on line 214
If I go into 'Update Add-Ons' there is a Flowplayer Free update avaiable for download and install (New Version: 1.0.2. Upgrading from: 1.0.0). However if I try and install this by hitting the 'Download and Install' button rather than get a notice saying that it's been successfully downloaded and installed I get a red box at the top with a '1' in it and does not successfully install.
