This is a copy of the error message that i receive for each of the 166 errors. it is always the same content

Warning: mkdir() [function.mkdir]: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 10007 is not allowed to access /var/www/vhosts/seocoyote.com/httpdocs/files/cache owned by uid 48 in /var/www/vhosts/seocoyote.com/httpdocs/concrete/core/libraries/page_cache/types/file.php on line 30

Now I have gone into my server (Linux/Apache) and provided write access for each of the directories and files listed above. but still am having this same problem

any ideas on how to correct this.

Also my PHP has safe mode turned off. Even if i turn ON still get this message every time

Please advise any thoughts
