Forgot the Community-Username that was connected with a project

Is there a way to get the username from the database or to disconnect the project an reconnect it with a new username?

Hi buebel,

If you copy the URL from the "Visit project page" link and send it to me in a private message, I can use my admin powers to figure out what username it was associated with.

That might be easier, if you're not keen on doing a little digging in the database.

Where did you find the Config Table in the Database. I do not see a config_table anywhere?

Hi drdifran,

You'll need a database utility like phpMyAdmin or similar to view your database's tables-- this is typically found in cPanel or Plesk or whatever control panel your web hosting company uses. You'd want to browse to a table named Config.

But the easier way would likely be to just send me the URL of your project page. Go to Dashboard > Extend concrete5 and you'll see a link under the Project Page heading.

copy that link and I'll be able to take a look and figure it out. Send it to me in a private message. Click my profile pic and that will give you a button to do so.

I head to recreate a username and it appeared however as soon as I delete them it makes the whole DB and site go away. I have to import a backup to get the site back.

Yeah, if you're not sure what you're doing with a database utility you could certainly delete something important. Be careful and good luck.
