What can I do to get a new password ?
What can I do to get a new password ?
Hi drbiskit
I already have looked in the spam/junk map - it wasn't there.
Yes, I have access to PhpMyAdmin on one.com
The actual version is 5.5.2.1
Right now I'm going to test update from version 5.5.2.1 to 5.6 and then to 5.7 and so on to the newest 8.4.3 to how troubled it will be to update/upgrade

Hi - As John says below, if you look in the 'Logs' table in the database you should see the content of the password reminder email - look for a column called 'logText'.
As for updating the site - you should be able to auto update the site to 5.6, but there is no auto update beyond that to 5.7 and beyond, it is a manual process unfortunately. Make sure you backup your files and database before updating.
NB: See post here re: Concrete5.6 'End of life':

You can read the email and get the new password link from the Logs table of the database.
Okay - Thank you - I have access to the database via PhpMyAdmin at my host
If you have access to the site's database you can also change the password directly there - or - get access to the password reset email message that has the reset link in it...
Questions:
- Do you have access to the database via PhpMyAdmin?
- Which version of C5 are you using?
