Form - Questionaire - Test And PhPBB intergration Bridge?

Hia People,
Am still very new here, but already had some amazing help from Adrian! Great community. [I hope this is posted in the correct place!]
I am building/designing a site and need to add a decent test or tests, that will correlate all the answers into a sliding scale kind of from none to severe. I would much rather use an existing part of C5 or an addon,rather than one of the many 3rd party addons that would run outside of the main C5 site.
Also, does anyone know of a working bridge between C5 and phpBB, I have found some older work, but nothing recent, can anyone shed some light?
I have to say, I am already a C5 convert, the CMS is brilliant and so well thought out and implemented! Could become a C5 evangelist I think lol ;)

Welcome to the community. Not sure ifhttp://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/quizmaker/... would do what you're looking for or not. Didn't see a ton of options out there for quiz making unfortunately.

I have hit a problem, which I am so sure is easy to fix! I have my homepage template applied across the site and all sub pages. BUT its appearing screwed up and menus in the wrong place. I also have a double of the same menu on the Home page.
Menu should be top right, its appearing under a slide show etc, which should be at bottom of column. It was working fine, I have reassigned the template to sub pages, but its still not applying. I go via Dashboard-> Page Types -> Homepage -.> default page but its not applying.
How can I reset this so the right template/page is and working on ALL sub-Pages again.
I am thinking on the question/test/survey, I may have to look for something I can integrate from outside C5.
Any help on the defaults not appearing would be so welcome. Its broken somewhere, how do I fix it? Man .......
