Forms stop working after updating to 5.6.3.4

I updated to 5.6.3.4 and now none of the forms on my site are working. Please help! http://historicgrandinvillage.com/...

I upgraded from 5.6.3.3. Yes, we cleared the cache. What is happening: when the forms are filled out and the submit button is clicked the page refreshes but nothing is sent. The form still shows the submission text. The site is may be down right now because our host, webhostinghub.com is restoring back to 24 hours ago because we tried to restore back to 5.6.3.3, but the forms still did not work. We are wondering if we just needed to update the php after the upgrade and that may have restored the form issue.
