Franklin Community Players webs site move.? Help Please.

Long story short... create a stand alone domain ofwww.www.franklincommunityplayer.org... after having housed it at my domain as a sub folder.
I did a site backup at on bluehost, but when they tried to locate the site it was gone. No FCP backup was to be found.
Something about regular site sweep to clear the servers. my data was wiped.
As an additional safety, I copied all the pages from the site to a folder on my hard drive prior to the move.
I installed C 5.4.1.1 at the new domain and installed a placeholder theme.
Now I want to upload the saved pages to the new location.
HOW DO I GET THIS DONE PROCESS?
ALSO,
I Upload many CMS photos and files to the file manager... how do I delete all the files without having to do them one at a time.?
