Installation Help

I just downloaded Gallerific, and the thumbs appear normal and in the correct place on the page but the larger picture of the thumb is down low in the page and only a portion of the picture shows.

I'm clueless and frustrated. Help me with my frustration please (I'll always be clueless with this stuff)
