Getting error message when installing

Hi
Im getting this error message when installing.... Fatal error: Class 'AddFileFileSetPermissionAccess' not found in /home/coffsweb/public_html/tinting/concrete/core/models/permission/access/model.php on line 216
My hosting company has recently undergone some new upgrades. I normally dont have any problems.
