I have installed C5 numerous times, with this same hosting provider (coolhandle), this is the first time I am installing 5.6.1.2 and not upgrading from an earlier version. When it tests the required items it fails on : Supports concrete5 request URLs

I have looked around the forums and have tried the following:

created a php5.ini and put the following in it:



This did not work
